Ready-made solutions and models of work with production in China
Every client knows that China is the most powerful production site for the whole world, but not everyone knows how to properly adapt and formulate their requests by broadcasting them to a Chinese supplier.
Depending on different business models and scales, the Chinese production site can be used in various variations.
1. Make products under your own brand using ready-made solutions from Chinese suppliers. It’s pure OEM. The client develops his own packaging design, and the product design applies Chinese. Of course, you will have to pay for individual packaging, but the instructions will be in Russian and the logo on the products will also be yours. In some cases, an insert with the customer’s marking is made on the dies or tooling. If this is not possible or MOQ, the product itself is laser engraved, and made in China turns into an import substitution product.
2. In-house design and manufacture of products in the territory of the Chinese factory or ODM. The client develops his drawings or a 3D model, and the task of the Chinese contractor is to bring this product to life.

3. Partial localization in China and further "screwdriver assembly" in Russia.
Under the banner of import substitution and simultaneously with the growth of Chinese wages and customs duties, some of the goods previously produced in the PRC have become unprofitable. We offer a combined solution. If the product is still in demand on the market, it is possible to continue purchasing components in China, while making the final assembly in Russia. Customs payments with this option of cooperation are reduced, since the components come to Russia as components, and the final assembly with the right choice of supplier will not cost unimaginable sums.
4. In addition, if you already have your own production, it may be worth considering purchasing components according to your drawings from China. If the product is standard, you can find something similar or adapt the existing equipment.
